I had long enough experience in the GYM and I would suggest Yoga and Pilates.

Premenstrual syndrome may interfere with training and performance. Body mass may be higher due to water retention. Stored carbohydrates may not be as readily available, which means an increased appetite may be experienced. There may be a decrease in anabolic, or muscle-building capacity.
