我的健康早餐:
oatmeal+soymilk
开始吃oatmeal有半年了,感觉它不仅能够提供丰富的纤维(对帮助胃肠蠕动很有好处),而且有饱足感,热量也不高,很适合减肥。
做法很简单:
微波炉版:1/2CUP oatmeal 加水(水要没过oatmeal再多一点),放入微波炉加热3分钟,或者等到oatmeal thicken就可以。
这样的oatmeal是淡的,你可以加点盐,坚果,做成咸的,也可以放豆奶,做成甜的(我更喜欢放豆奶)
炉子版:1CUPoatmeal 加冷水,一起在锅里煮,等水开了就用勺子不停的搅动,直到变成糊状。可能历时3,4分钟。(我只有在周末有空才煮,平时上学图省事,就扔到微波炉里,然后去洗涑,洗完后就可以吃了)
