灌水 - 被问到的几个BEHAVIOR问题

每次被问这些问题都想叹气, 心想未必回答的好的人干活就好呀. 明明是一程序员的活, 搞得跟招销售的似的. 相比之下技术人员问的问题就爽快得多.

好象这些公司都看的是同一份清单, 最近几次面世都被问到的问题有:

Why do you want to work here / change your job?

Tell me about project <blahblah> on your resume.

Was there any special reason that you didn't enclose a cover letter?  (汗, 我以为那不重要呢)

What do you like most/least about your current job?

There will be some travel, would that be a problem?

What would you like to be doing five years from now?

Support or Development, which one do you prefer?

What is your greatest strength?

What is your biggest weakness?

只被问过一次的问题有:

You wake up in the morning and find an elephant in your backyard, what would you do?

Give me an example you caused serious problem to the company, and how did you handle it?

Rate yourself on a scale of one to ten.

interview就是个互相了解的过程么。聊天总要有topic么。虽然你是准备过的,水平高的interviewer还是能看出你的大概性情,level之类的。水平低的interviewer就是拿些问题来走过场。

主要我就把自己定位在民工上, 投的简历也都是要民工的. 对这些问题(都有所谓"正确答案"的)来区分候选人有点怀疑.

MM说的对, 水平高的interviewer还是能从常见问题里区分人的.
