再贴一遍，这个张某最后是自己认罪的，Plea Guilty。你自己想想吧，如果不是案情明显对他不利，他为什么最后要认罪。因为Plea可以减轻判刑。

这是30号陪审团的结论。不是自己认罪！如果老张认罪，早就结束了，判15年，坐牢3年。这是政府给的认罪条款

判决书上写得很清楚，03/30/2016 Plea Guilty (认罪），03/30/2016 Disposition Guilty （法官判决）.

By entering a plea of guilty, a defendant is admitting his/her guilt, thereby forfeiting his/her right to a trial. In such cases a defendant will simply be sentenced by the judge,though s/he may have to return to court at a later date for sentencing.

Disposition guilty means that there was a trial in front of a judge (not a jury) and the judge found the accused guilty of the charge.
