i am in this stage for almost a year lah, but I didnot work hard to break it, sigh,
maybe i should do some new kinds of exercise to decrease a little bit more weight.
xdjms, do you have any suggestions? I went jogging and after that did some weights before. now I am doing yoga twice a week, sometimes I go swimming once a week too, sometimes do nothing.
