啥叫减肥瓶婧?
就是减到一定体重,就减不下去了。(卡在瓶颈,下不去)
这时候坚持是很重要的,量变能达到质变,MM很快就能看到体重又开始下降,加油

LGO的意见很有道理. 到了平台期. 应该适当调整下目标, 以保持的控制体重为主. 可以巩顾前段时间减的成果, 让身体适应新的代谢水平, 为下一个阶段做准备.
等到不刻意控制饮食体重仍然不反弹, 并能持续一两个月以上, 我觉得就算顺利达到平台期的目标了. 不过要达到这个目标没个人要话的时间不一样. 有的可能持续颇长一段时间. 还有些人在进入平台期之后可能就懈怠了, 不能很快地增加运动量进入下一个快速减重周期. 这也使在平台期的平均时间一般都在三个月以上.

xdjms, do you have any suggestions? I went jogging and after that did some weights before. now I am doing yoga twice a week, sometimes I go swimming once a week too, sometimes do nothing.

最好一周运动三次以上, 每次保持一定强度, 坚持三十分钟. 比较aggressive一些的话, 每周五次. 另外还要注意控制饮食.低糖/淀粉. 控制总cal数. 只要真正这么做, 两个星期一定有效果.
