My therapy for not-very-serious back/shoulder pain:


1. Change the chair. I 'stole' an old, cheaper-looking one from an empty cub. It works so


much better than the original one.


2. Go to gym. Streching helps a lot.


One of my friend is a therapist. She told me that a major cause of back/should pain is


the lack of support from muscles. That's why many of her patients are Asian, who usually exercise


less than werterners. Highly suggest building muscles!

买过一个70块钱的massage椅垫,很烂!就退了。看来也要攒钱搞几千的乐。


我的背非常weak,其他瑜伽动作都罢了,一到躺下举/蹬腿,搞两下就背很酸。不知道该怎么improve.
