I have contact with two female managers in our company, both are very good.


The distinct part of these female managers compared to other male managers


I noticed it that they listen very well and don't bulls**t that much.


The tougher one acturally got better review from others, since she works


very efficiently, and treat her group very well--not simply being nice,


but help them on critical issues (e.g. support them to learn skills they are


intersted but not necessarily their direct job funcion, help them to get into


other groups when there comes the re-org).
