[讨论] 大家对较高职位的女性怎么看

我是女的，可是我对女性管理者有偏见。在经历中，见过的较高职位的女性无不是非常picky,demanding 或者用一些下3滥的手段。虽然偶得superviser都是男性很nice,没吃过啥苦头，可是我就是对做到高位的女性有抵触情绪，觉得升到高职位的女性多少有点“变态”。甚至觉得，还不如做个拿普通薪水的“正常人”好呢。mm们，你们会有这样的古怪情绪么。

i see both sides' point, really hard to choose....

but to me, i am kinda afraid of women supervisors/bosses, though i know men bosses/supervisors are not necessarily nice. just feel a little different

I have contact with two female managers in our company, both are very good.

The distinct part of these female managers compared to other male managers

I noticed it that they listen very well and don't bulls**t that much.

The tougher one acturally got better review from others, since she works

very efficiently, and treat her group very well--not simply being nice,

but help them on critical issues (e.g. support them to learn skills they are

intersted but not necessarily their direct job funcion, help them to get into

other groups when there comes the re-org).

My previous boss is a very successful career woman. I respect her very much. She is tough and efficient and very protective on her personal life, but I learned so much from the two years working with her. Everybody has shortcomings and you just need to pay attention to the good ones are learn from it .Even better, once we become successful women, remember to avoid the behaviors we didn't like on our bosses:)

我的老板都是男的~大多数不怎么样

倒是希望有个女老板~~

我可能也有些变态~~自己特弱~就喜欢看到女生有强的，能多多站据有利位置

不管男的女的，要爬上去肯定都有自己的两下子，都是有本事的

要说对手下的人嘛，有一个说法是：按mean的程度排列，女对女〉男对女〉男对男〉女对男。就是说，如果你是个女的，不管你的老板是男是女，其实比起你的男同事，都是比较不利的。南老板可能在面子上回温和一些，绅士风度什么的，但遇到关键问题比如谁做什么project啦，工资奖金啦，还是可能会吃些暗亏。

我还很喜欢女的老板呢。　话题比较多，　不是那么一本正经的。我碰到过不少的女老板，　　大手多数还是很合情合理的，　其中一个后来和我成了特别好的朋友。现在的也是女老板　　很容易谈到一块。　关键看个体了。

要看什么样的女上司吧我见过修养很好同时也很老练的女上司也见过处处咄咄逼人刻薄小气的女上司
