PT in China gotta be a newbie. And I doubt if they're qualified enough to give people proper advices coz, you know, even Chinese Men's Basketball National Team doesn't have a effective trainer of any kind for a long time and some of their messed-up training process has a waaaaaaaaaay big room for improvement. In this case, not mention those so-called PT for non-pro public.
As for our ordinary people(non-pro athletes, non-stars), PT is kinda like a waste, especially in a costly country like U.S. Just find a sports that you're interested in and hold on to that. That's enough to keep healthy and in shape.
