when you're hungry but you're trying to lose weight and it's not meal time yet?

will cheese make me fat?

i'm not trying to substitute regular meal, but i usually feel hungry when i get home and am preparing dinner.

just ate 1/4 cup of walnuts, about 50 cal.

i like to eat cheese, especially monterey jack, but one ounce -- several bits is 110 cal.
