这几天吃多了
这几天出去玩儿乐, 在外面饮食没有规律,又是BBQ,又是buffet的,没有怎么锻炼,整天坐车。感觉肚子上的赘肉多了,wuwuwuwu...., 明天开始回复正常饮食起居,好好锻炼,多游泳,多出汗。
还是那句老话,尽量不要吃buffet, 尤其是象我这样没有节制型的

update lah,
I am trying to eat less, and eat healthy, like more fruits and veggies, and enough protein, less carbs, really feel better, my tommy fat is losing compared with a few days ago.
