a question for JJMM (boys don't come in please)
JJMM:
during your monthly time, ususally 4-6 days, will you keep exercising?

I don't know if i should or not, afraid if I stopped, all my lost weight will come back; but if keep exercising, I am a little concerned also..........

Some suggestions please.

I usually keep the exercise. No bad effect on me. But less jogging. Probably just lift weight.

THANKS!!! May I ask how many pounds you use then? I feel very week and lazy usually, but definitely do not want to gain back.

i think the main point is to stay away from exercises adding pressure to your belly...to prevent womb displacement...trust me...it is very painful if it moves suddenly...

i stop exercising totally...again it depends on individual...i know quite some girls do not mind at all...but at least exercise with caution...

以前的高中体育老师说,适当的锻炼有助于减轻疼痛和腹涨感,比坐着不动好。当然不能剧烈运动。

It depends on how much you can lift and what kind of weight lifting you do. Try to avoid putting too much pressure on your stomach. That is it.
