I don't know about the yard, but it's said better not paint deck (wood) with normal paint, some Qing0 Qi1 would do, just for protection...

有专门刷DECK的油,主要是为了防水.

那个庭院挺不错, 木板有点象在码头上, 好玩.
不太喜欢那种风格的吊灯和餐桌椅.
