It is super tough, but a lot of fun.
Water does make a difference, as it is 800 times denser than air!
A nice change from regular aerobics.

I tried aqua arobics before, didn't feel that tough, much fun lah, especially when the instructor is hot/ pretty

I could do the level 1 fine. The level 3 - those no touching, what she calls
"suspending", very tough for me.

Also the sole of my feet hurt a bit. Wonder whether should wear water shoes?
Though everybody was bare feet.

?? really? but then the shoes are going to be wet and heavy? comfortable?
