But the thing is, she always ask me strange questions. Last time, she told me that a guy walked by her cubic millions of times per day and always looked at her. That bothered her a lot and very annoying. so I said" yeah, that's not good. I can undertand how you felt'. Then she asked me why you can understand. How should I answer? hehe.

if you are female, well, that's easy, if you don't want to keep talking to her, just say,well,we have talked too long,so need work-if it is work time, or turn to your work and focus on it and behave like you just forget what she said,if it is not work time, you don't have to be together wiith her if you don't like her bah

yeah, sounds to me like she just enjoys talking with you. as for the candy and whatever free food there is in the office, if it's out in the open, then it's assumed that anybody can take it. i know a lot of americans who likes sweets and eating while working. if you don't like her, just pull back. usually she will sense your defensive mood, and will stay out of your way.
