还是你是说develop on film?

如果是第二者的话，听说costco的很便宜，也很不错。

No, I mean sell the copyright so that others can user your photos.
which means, you can make some money for the photos you take.

It may be possible.
From ShutterPoint.com, not all photos on sale are that good.
I think guys in this BBS can take nice pictures also (sometime, at least. :-).
