It was said the H1B "Premium Processing" will stop since this January.

Is the same with H1B Transfer "Premium Processing"?

很少听说转H1-B 要用Premium Processing, 因为只要拿到receipt就可以开始为新东家工作了. 因为从非赢利到赢利机构要占名额?
