VE is available in most of the website of DIY skin cares, and in mainly 2 forms: capsule and liquid bottle. capsule is avaiable in different concentration like 600IU, 400IU...If you need to use VE oftenly, I suggest you get a liquid bottle, like this one:

Va you almost could only see capsule form, which is avaible in GNC...place like that. It is not required and funtion specifically depending on your needs. VE is pretty much enough for most of the DIY stuff.
