想请教JMS关于奥图玫瑰的知识：在IFA教材上面看到的信息有些混淆呢。

问题一、Rose Otto是否也称  Bulgarian Attar of Roses？这两者是否一样呢？

问题二、Rose Otto是使用第一道蒸馏产生的精油（称为Decanted Oil） 和第二道蒸馏产生的精油（称为Recovered Oil）混合在一起的，品质精良，价格昂贵的精油。那么如果还有三次蒸馏的精油或是，前三次蒸馏混合，是否不能称为Rose Otto只是一般的玫瑰精油？

问题三、是否只有在Kerlovo玫瑰谷的才能称为是Rose Otto？

其他产地的大马士革玫瑰蒸馏出来的也不能叫这个名字呢？

Rose Otto， 也叫Attar of roses，指的是一种蒸馏方式，第一道蒸馏产生的精油，rose oil，占总产量的２０％，但不含水溶性物质，尤其是“ phenyl ethyl alcohol ”，which are a vital component of the aroma。为了使玫瑰气味，功效，完整，所以会有第二次蒸馏，其成品占８0％，两次和在一起，才称为Rose Otto。

Empire. The Rose Valley in Bulgaria, near

所以，并不是只有Rose Valley in Bulgaria出的才是Rose Otto
