买Obama care 到底算不算public charge？父母国内退休金还可以，但换成美元，也算低收入，OB care肯定有discount。这种算public charge吗？

就是保证卖给有preexisting condition 的人而已。加钱并不比private plan 便宜

你65以上到exchange能买到obamacare？65以上自动不给你买
