高校能办eb1么？赶紧交i140，这个不用perm，主要写材料，招人签推荐信。你现在走eb2/3应该来不及延期了。 换身份，j1/o1看看哪个能办。不过这两各自有自己的麻烦出。 总之，高校还是比industry方法多。

条件够就赶紧eb1+pp，140过了延期h1b，不够就niw+o1。反正总能解决的。j签证后面办绿卡还要waive有点麻烦，不过配偶j2可以上班。 祝顺利！

You can file the H1B extension, but it has to be one year before the expiration.

如果140通过就可以延期H1B.

b. There are two ways to extend your H-1B beyond the six-year limit under AC-21:

i. If your I-140 is pending for more than 365 days at the time your H-1B reaches the six year limit, your H-1B can be extended for one year; or

ii. If your I-140 is approved before your H-1B reaches the six-year limit but you are not eligible to file an I-485 yet because your priority date is not current, your H-1B can be extended for 3-year increments until your EB-2 priority date is current and you are eligible to file an I-485 based on your approved NIW.
