我给我父母办绿卡，填表的时候发现有一些问题特别tricky。我上网查了一些移民论坛，也考古了一下，我把一些tricky的问题例出来，方便后人参考。有一些我自己也不太清楚或是可能写错了，也请大家帮忙解答纠正。

Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

Part 4 Question 59a-60b

If filling for your spouse, provide the latest address atwhich you physically lived together....

应该写NA。这个问题是给配偶申请绿卡的。子女给父母同时申请时不需要填写。

Part 5 Question 6a-7

if you also submitting separate petition for otherrelatives, provide the name of and your relationship to each relatives

这个问题在妈妈的申请表上填爸爸的信息，在爸爸的申请表上填妈妈的信息。这个问题是为了让移民局处理申请时，可以把父母的申请放在一起同时处理。

Form I-485 Adjustment of Status

Part 1 Question 15 Passport number used at last arrival

Question 19Nonimmigrant visa number from this passport (if any)

我爸妈的美国签证在过期的旧护照上，这次入境用了新护照加旧护照美签。这里我填了新护照号码和旧护照上的美签签证号。从字面上看question19貌似应该留空，因为thispassport是指question15中的护照，也就是新护照，但新护照上没有签证。我上网查了I-94，上面是新护照号码，但是没有写签证号。我觉得留空不好。有没有大牛确认下，这个该怎么填？

这个我也不确定。我选了No。因为父母算是两个独立的申请case？？？

这个应该留空不打勾？因为父母算是两个独立的申请case？？？

Part 6 Question 7 my current individual annual income

Question 24 My total income (adjusted gross income on IRSForm 1040) as reported on my federal tax returns

我一个人的收入足够担保。Question7就是我个人税前收入。我报税是marriedfile jointly。Question24就按照1040上相应的数字填。我不需要我老公联合担保。但是有个问题，移民官会不会看到报税是联合报的，所以一定也要老公联合担保吗？

我research到的是这样说的留白，表上也说do not include any relative filing a separte visa application....
