郁闷苦恼中请指教

俺是学建筑的，可是现在不想干了。想转到其他行业，例如金融和房地产，可是经验学位都是建筑设计的，怎么能转阿。好痛苦啊。请高手mm指教指教！！！

If you want to work in the real estate industry, the good news is that you don't need a degree to do that. You can just take a online course such as "Real Estate Principals" and go to exam at your state's real estate department. If you pass the exam, you will get a license to be a real estate agent or a load agent. Not sure if that's what you meant for.

谢谢楼上的mm。我现在还不太了解real estate这边的公司都怎么样做。是不是出力不讨好阿？我其实向做real estate其中和金融相关的。不知道mm知道吗？

如果我想做和金融有关的，是不是要去读一个什么哪？比如硕士，mba什么的？直接转，公司应该都不会要得吧。

I am a "gg", not a "mm". As of "real estate其中和金融相关的", it could be "real estate investments", "wholesale mortgate", "retail mortgate". I guess that you will need a MBA for "real estate investments" and "wholesale mortgate related jobs.

Real Estate Finance and Investment probably is the field you want to tranfer to?

Only know some schools, like Wharton and UW-Madison, have the Ph.D program of real estate finance.

我觉得MM可以自己去图书馆查找各种资料么.基本上VAULT GUIDE等这种书可以非常详尽的解答MM的疑问.

发现工作和兴趣真的要区别对待。如果做自己喜欢的工作那是幸运，若做了不喜欢的，就把它当谋生的手段吧。唉，我怎么就不能干一行爱一行呢。。。。
