我父母（永久居民）今年5月8号申请的re-entry permit， 6月19号批准的，21号收到的approval notice 以及 reentry permit。最近登录USCIS， 突然发现6月14号，USCIS的case status 更新为：

“We reviewed your biometrics and are still processing your case
You do not need to do anything at this time”

这让我觉得非常困惑，是这个case re-open了吗？还是系统更新滞后？想请问各位，我父母已经批准的re-entry permit 还有效吗？非常感谢回复！

借问一下楼主，你申请的时候都给了什么supporting documentations?还有你是写什么原因？
