EB1A 485材料3月20号递到USCIS （我是spouse），这几个月疯狂找工作好不容易拿到第一个job offer，还有三周过期了…….4月6号打电话去USCIS 加急工卡，理由是financial loss, 一天后收到如下邮件，所以现阶段USCIS除非emergency 其他case都不给加急？？

随后找了congress man 结果说不给办immigration 加急

又找了senator，填了一堆表，等了两周回复：“Our office is best able to assist constituents when their cases move outside of normal processing parameters. Unless waiting times appear unusual or outside normal procedural delay, our office is unable to intervene. ” 所以除非超出正常处理时间，也不给帮忙加急。

所以现在485递上去60 days了，还有三周offer过期，真的很焦急…眼看着毕业gap越来越长实在不想再新一轮找工作……..想请问班上MM有没有最近加急成功的？？是不是只是遇到了一个不帮忙的offer, 值得再打电话要求和level 2 officer talk再次加急?或者还是继续等待来得更保险…….跪求各种建议，也求bless……….附上485 EB1A time line, 攒人品一定上来及时更新。
