My recommendations:
Be careful with the contract that you sign with this IT consulting firm and make sure you still have the freedom to change jobs in 1-2 years without paying too much to the firm. It is reasonable to charge you back for H1 application and legal fees (I guess that is the normal practice for IT consulting firms), yet you need to know how much and argue for a lower number if possible.
Do not change your resume significantly by adding fake experience as the IT consulting firm tells you because that may ruin your future career.
Do your job hunting as if you didn't have a job. SAP is a hot field and you will get a good job after you gain some real experience.
