想问大家关于接到面试电话时的两个问题，
1。问我Social Security Number last four digit,这个一定要告诉他么？还是最后确定了告诉就好，毕竟这是保密信息阿。
2。一接到电话说什么好呢，可不可以说, "so glad to hear from you." ?

第二个问题，根据我的经历，一般打电话来的人都没什么废话，一开始通报自己后，互相问一问"how r u doing"后就开始步入正题了。

SSN's are for background check purposes. Usually, you shouldn't be asked about your SSN during a phone screen. Tell them if you proceed to an interview, you will let them know then.

Right, they won't ask you SSN on the phone. You will have to give that information when hired or being conducted with the backgroung check.
