你没有什么理由可以要求I-485加急，因为I-485 pending的时候你已经可以留在美国了。

为什么要交钱？I-485申请者申请EAD和Advance Parole都一直是免费的。

很难加急，但是也不是完全不能尝试。 比如你找到一份工作给的offer letter写了485批准才能去上班， 可以尝试说会有financial loss来试试，不过看案例感觉大概只有百分之一485加急成功的。
