i had similar prob b4. well, u can try call the secretary and ask her how to say it. then ask her to transfer to him. that is what i did, it worked.

This last name is pronounced as ou'ruk, (the last k is very light)... You can also ask the person him(her)self
how to pronounce it, or "is this the right way to pronounce your last name?", almost all Americans ask me how to pronounce my last name when they first see it...:)
