“Have lived within the state, or USCIS district with jurisdiction over the applicant’s place of residence, for at least 3 months prior to the date of filing the application”意思是“申请人必须在其送交入籍美国申请书的州内居住至少三个月”还是说“递交材料前的前三个月必须待在美国”？应该是前者意思吧？

可以， 在面试的时候要告诉他们， 申请之后出境的记录。

嗯，已经住了快2年了，只是想知道是不是递交前的3个月必须在美国？像回国一趟，回来就直接递交，是否可行？
