各位职场伊人， 想问问，如果是non-paid 的internship是否就不涉及法律问题？ 我的意思是，是否h4可以做？谢谢，还有non-paid的工作和volunteer是一个意思吧，大公司一般愿意接受吗？比如，四大。

I have no experience about this.  My feelings is that big companies will not be willing to accept volunteers.  There are too many issues to consider.  Of course if you can find any volunteer opportunity, you sure can take it even though your status is H4.  Good luck.
