我是主要担保人，填了I-864

联合担保人是老公，I-864a填老公的信息。这个表我有几个问题：

part 2. your relationship to the sponsor
请问这个选1a.还是1.c

1.a. I am the intending immigrant and also the sponsor's spouse.

1.c. I am not the intending immigrant. I am the sponsor's household member. I am related to the sponsor as her spouse.

第二个问题：

part 5. intending immigrant number 1. 是写我父母的信息吗？

英文很烂，不好意思啊，多谢了。

我能问一下自己多少钱算不够 才需要联合担保人？

当然是1c，spouse。你老公不是intending immigrant。

对。你说的“父母”其实是父或者母。你父母每个人是分开的petition的，也是分开的担保的。

担保只看收入还是可以把资产都算进去呀
