我也顶一下,因为也想知道,这个要花多长时间.

我也有一个CHECK,好几天了,没有消息,朋友说没有消息就是好消息,

可是总是应该知道一定的时间范围啊.

哪个MM能告诉一下.

Not necessary. A few of my colleagues told me that their backgrounds in China were checked. But you do not have to worry about it, normally the company will send the candidate's info to an agency in China if they want to check the candidate's background in China. It is the staff at the agency that make the phone calls and verify some of the info. Since those are Chinese, they will not have problem to under your wife's situation. Just in case that result of background checking is negative, you sure can explain this to the company. This is US. You can argue about pretty much everything. Good luck.

前些天问过姐妹们关于BACKGROUND CHECK的问题,不好意思,继续打扰一下各位了,

老婆的CHECK已经两个多星期了, 可是,没有任何动静,

我们可以写EMAIL问过公司吗?

另外,我们能收到一份COPY关于BACKGROUND的情况吗? 谢谢啦

我想请问BACKGROUND CHECK到底要多长时间啊? 有XDJM们可以分享经验吗?

If it's a big company, it takes time to have it processed. For how long, I think it really depends. I would think it'll be better not to email and ask. You got nothing to hide. If you ask, it makes you feel less confident. Normally you will get a copy of the report.

Sometimes a prospective employer also checks credit history to determine the financial creditability (credit worthiness) of a candidate.

A prospective employer will unlikely be willing to provide you with a copy of the background report since some of the information obtained from the process is strictly confidential to the company and the persons/companies who have given the references. Any persons or formal employers may wish to avoid any potential legal liabilities by requesting the information be treated confidential if negative references were provided to your prospective employer (just in case being sued preventing an individual from fair employment).

No need to worry at this point yet. Just follow up with the HR to see what the background checking status is at.

昨天收到人事部的EMAIL,说负责BACKGROUND CHECK的公司现在要求把所有学历的FAX过去,不知道这个是不是正常要求,还是只针对特定的人.

我们打算明天或者后天就FAX过去,不知道是否能顺利通过BACKGROUND CHECK,不过,不管怎么样,我都很谢谢大家.

如果BACKGROUND能顺利通过, 偶也来写写偶和偶老婆的故事.

偶虽然从小就从好学校出来,老婆上学就比较坎坷,

不过,我觉得老婆比我坚韧,有主见,所以希望她找工作能顺利.

学历是指transcript? 如果是transcript的话，很正常啊。。。No need to worry too much, as long as all she has included in her resume is accurate and true.
