有个公司在background check 我，查完了没有问题就会给我offer。可是我发现自己怀孕了，打算申请medi-cal和WIC。请问申请medi-cal和WIC会不会给bachground check的公司发现啊。担心公司知道了就不给offer了。

I don't think background checks include medical history.  However, if the company does not offer you the job after finding out your're pregnant, then you can file a complaint for discrimination.  That's based on you having evidence of them telling you that they'll offer you the job after your background check clears. So don't worry too much. Congratulations on the pregnancy. =)

首先，象楼上的MM说的，BACKGROUND CHECK不包括这些的，主要是犯罪跟信用之类的。

况且，MM申请应该也不是这么快就能拿到跟在你的RECORD上显示的吧。美国各个机构通气没我们想象的那么快。

当然，如果公司因为你怀孕不招你，给你的理由肯定不会是这个，没人会这么傻的。
