i don't know how this company is. For me, after changing from a big one to a small one, I felt so regretted about it. Sometimes, the recruiter or whoever interviewed you will say sth exciting about the position, but after you join, it might be a very different story. My co-worker just left last week after three weeks with us. Another thing, like my situation, I never have expected that I would work for an inidan, it is hard especially surrounded by all indians.
