问问大家 Nashville 有没有买套装的店？我两个星期后有个面试，这大热天穿什么好呢？浅灰色的套裙怎么样？我比较瘦，1米63，试过的套裙号都偏大，大家有没有什么牌子推荐一下。网上的也行。

办公室里面会很冷的。羊毛的西装透气性好。招那种薄羊毛面料的。

Green hills shopping mall (close to Vanderbilt Univ.) has both stores (ATL is located on the first floor close to Hechts and AT is on the second floor). In my opinion, ATL is more afforable. You should always dress more formal than the interviewers to show that you really care about this opportunity. Especially if it's your first job. I would still go with black or navy suit with light color blouse. All the candidates we had last summer dressed this seriously. For brand, there are AT, Talbots, Alfani, Tahari ...... I feel that the brand itself is not important, as long as it is good quality, nice fit and you feel confident, beautiful and professional in it. This is the time to spend money.

感谢大家的帮助，我有一个坏消息，今天早上那个昨天给我打电话的人问我有没有work permit，我说我的opt快到期，所以他们要是雇我，就得给我办h1-b，然后她就说，他们大学只给研究人员办签证，像我这样的administrative staff是不给办的。

所以我空欢喜了一场,不过感谢大家. angelface，等我再有了面试，我就去nashville 买一件黑色的套裙。

I don't know if Vanderbilt will sponsor H1B for admiinistrative staff. It does sponsor for Computer programmer/Statisticians/Research assistant. I think it is probably very hard to get the H1B approved for people like us. So don't feel too bad. Keep working!

The university I applied for is Georgia Tech. I plan to give their HR people a call to find out about the rule.
