什么时候考虑换工作

最近很郁闷，工作没有激情。原因如下：

1. office不忙，有点无所事事的感觉

2. 觉得自己underpay. 本来没有这个感觉，但有一次无意中知道了其他人的salary, 相比之下自己真的pay的很低。人啊，就是这样，不知道还好，知道了，心里一直不是很舒服。

我master毕业就在这个firm工作至今，有1年9个月了。老板和同事都挺好的，这是个让我不舍得换工作的原因。而且我觉得刚开始的时候不应该老是换，新人到哪里都一样。不过，没有激情的工作挺折磨人的，每天上班都在熬时间。觉得青春就这样浪费了。

大家给我说说，当初你们换工作都是考虑什么呢？

I have the same situation as yours. my husband askes me to change job to get more expirence, I justed changed my job this Feb and don't want to change it very often.

觉得不合适就换吧，　换的时候工资可以涨很多　　反正你不急，　一定要找个特别合适的工作再换

Normally it is understandable that you do not stay a long time on your first job. However if you change often after the second or third job, then nobody wants to hire a job hopper. I saw a worst Resume who changes job every 3 - 6 month and who learns a lot of different quick courses ( in Finance Major). Just from the resume you feel that she does not know what she wants to do in life, and you do not know whether she left the job or she was fired. Normally people expects you to stay with 1 job for at least 2 years.

我跟你想法差不多，工作时间也一样。我从去年底就开始准备走人了，中间还是过1次真正的onsite.

但是随着我gg毕业临近，我越来越觉得应该等一等他。看他到哪里，我在准备换。不然在一个地方干7，8个月，再换，于简历也不大好看。

如果你没有什么后顾之忧，就放手开始update your resume and send out when u see any good opportunities.

跟老板提加工资不就行了。人没有激情不是换公司可以改变的！
