Based on what I have researched, most of them can give you the digital files with an extra fee. Some of them include the digitial files in the package.

Also, be aware of the copy right you have of the digital files. Some of them release all right to you, which means you can do whatever you want with the pictures and can print them anywhere. Some of them only allow you to print extra copies in their studio or at your home.
