肯定没戏，但是要不要也写个email，感谢一下之类的。对这方面不太懂，还是说电话面试，不需要。。。

Don't give up right now. Write a thank you later and try to gain their attention.

I think you definitely need to write him a thank you letter and express your strong interest and qualification again in the letter.

谢谢楼上两位mm, 可是我只有那个HR的email和interview outcome or follow-up process person's email，面试我的人，我只知道他的名字，那我要写到哪里，给HR奥？ [em01] [em01]

Then you'd better send a thank you note to the HR (for making the arrangement of phone interview for you, etc.) and in the meantime, ask the HR person like, can you get the email of the person who just interviewed you? She/He would definitely give that to you.
