After doing my research, I certainly feel so. From the fat losing perspective, you want to keep your heart rate in a certain zone, from cardio-exercise perspective, you want watch out for it.

Although most of time, your body tells you how you are doing. but it may turn out your feel is wrong.

Strongly encourage people serious about fitness getting one of these. Will be a worthwhile investment.
