前天刚在cnn上看过关于class matters的讨论. 今天又在nytimes 看到这篇文章. 发现美国还身很重视class的. 没看之前真的不知道top 0.01 percent 的美国人均收入每年5.5million 啊.

you misread the topic. :) it is the name of a show on cnn. also a name of a column on nytimes. and both are all about matters related to class. and this article is about the tax and class. :) the point is that americans are so concerned about different classes that they even have a show and a column just on this topic.
