for SSN, every $1050 you made and paid SSN tax, you will earn a credit. each year it's upto 4 credits. To get SSN money once you retired, you have to earn 40 credits. Roughly, how much you can get is based on how much you paid on SSN tax, how many credits you earn then divide by 35 years and 4 credits/year.
so basically, less you paid on SSN tax, less you gonna get from SSN once you are tired. If possible, try to pay SSN tax as early as possible, so you can start to earn credits earlier.
