First, try to work out both you and your husband and have a good blanced nutrition........... Strong bodies provide active sperms and eggs.


 


Second, relax and enjoy the XX.  Stress is not good for making the baby.


 


Third, try to XX less during the safe period so that it will have a burst of power (I saw lots of cases when couples got pregnant right after reunion from some time of seperation.)
