legal illegal真的有区别吗？
EO刚出来的时候不是铁定咬牙说绿卡也在里面，后来才说不ban，这说明在trump眼里根本就没有legal 不legal之分。你去听听朱利安尼怎么说的，trump要ban穆斯林，让他搞个legal的文本，这才找出那七个国家，拉o8下水。问题是o8的政策要是有用，你ban个啥，o8的政策要是没用，你干嘛要ban这7个国家而不去ban沙特。
有点脑子。这才开始。america first你自己照照镜子，问问自己是america吗。

Trump 要Ban 穆斯林，首先就是个fause accusation. 你读了EO 的原文了么？上面一句穆斯林都没有，那七个国家的名字根本不在EO 的原文里。 EO 里引用的本来就是法律条文， 说得是“countries in concern"。 是OB 自己把这7个穆斯林国家列为terror threat 的。 另外嚷嚷为啥不加沙特的，人家沙特保护费交的好，给克林顿基金会交了多钱来着？

平心而论，这时候大概不会有人回去就为了玩玩消年假的吧。我们接到的通知也没说不能出，就是要考虑一下各种可能性。

楼主情况我不了解，不好评论。当时绿卡怎么办的，是否去咨询一下相关的律师。相机而动吧，再过一周形势就该明朗了。

咦，按理谁看了这段话，就明白”muslin ban“是大统领的本意，giuliani和judge lawyer帮他“legally” ban，最后的EO变成country ban了。你的意思是说EO改的好？那不也是打大统领的脸，“muslin ban” 不legal么。

有可能，因为我们业界top1、2的global 公司，每年招人的录取率比藤校招生低多了，去年前年数字好像1%还是多少忘记了（包括美国人）。而且美国回不来随便哪个国家给你安排个位置不难，本身公司就经常全球各地rotate staff，员工也不会抱着个藤校就觉得离开就活不下去了～～
