用信用卡或paypal要收国际转帐手续费吗？想在oshadhi买点东西，不知道用什么方法付帐比较划算，另外英磅美元的汇率是１：２吗。请有经验的答疑。谢谢。

for citi credit cards: 3% transaction fee

for paypal

$0.00 USD - $3,000.00 USD

3.9% + $0.30 USD

another good thing I just found: discovery does not charge transaction fee. JJMM can buy things using discovery credit card. Super!
