I had one similar experience

about 10+ yrs ago

I was in K-mart

I noticed this Hispanic guy keep following me around the store

I was a bit nervous cuz I thought he was going to rob me

Just about I was turning away from the isle

he took out his 鸟

I was so grossed out

I didnt know how to react

I ran out off the store immediately

No kidding!! 

I didnt go back to that Kmart for a long time

I remembered that I talked to a front desk person when I went back

she did confirmed that they had many reports of this guy a few month back

then

I knew it was not my imagination

very scary...  cuz he was very close to me

soooooooooo gross

I have not been feeling well for 2 weeks already
