tea tree oil is one of the few E.O.s that can be used directly on skin.So this diluted form should be safe on skin if used at low dosage.TBS tea tree is mostly for treating acnes.

Since it contains surfactants, I am afraid it is not compatible with base oils.(may form precipitates).
