I bought a bag (foley+corrina mid city tote) from "Xin Sun". It was listed as a brand new bag with tag, without blemish. When I received my product, there appear a few stains on the bag in different places. It is obvious a used bad instead of brand new.

I understand this is a hard case. But I would like to try to reach an resolution for it. If any further information is required, please feel free to contact me via email or phone 484-550-2314.

I would like to return this bag to seller and I am willing to pay for the return shipping. Thanks.

I am sorry that you are not happy with this bag and I apologize for not making it clear that the sale is final. But The bag is indeed brand new. I bought it from a nordstrom store and I swear I never used it after the purchase.

我怀疑她寄东西给我的包裹单子地址是假的。

因为她写的是一个地址。但是根据这个箱子上（原有的一个fedex 得shipping label)这俩城市不是一个。街道名字倒是一样的。

原来那个fedex shipping label to her should be real. 至少应该是她曾经住过的地址。一个结婚了的人。不知道如果她老公知道她做这样的事情，会怎么想
