Is there any website where we can buy DC avoid paying tax? Are they reliable? Also, could you guys please recommend some good models? Any good deals currently going on? Your help is highly appreciated !

Actually, it's a couple who want to buy a dc, and just for amateur usage.

So could you please recommend some good model? reliable, yet not too complicated to operate?
